Known for her friendliness, willingness to go above and beyond, and her 100% visa approval rate, Juli is the person clients rely on for every official requirement—from choosing the correct visa to handling all the paperwork and the post-approval cédula process.
Born and raised in Antioquia, Juli also leads the Eastern Antioquia Relocation Tour and the Guatapé & El Peñol Experience, offering clients an insider’s glimpse into the unique neighborhoods and rich culture of El Oriente. Her limitless regional knowledge allows newcomers to inform themselves thoroughly and make confident decisions about where to build their new life.
Alongside her immigration expertise, Juli has hands-on experience as a contractor and provides practical guidance for clients who plan to buy property, renovate, or begin construction projects in Colombia. Her combined understanding of legal processes, regional culture, and real-estate considerations makes her one of the most comprehensive relocation experts in the area.

Mauro Franco
Mauro Franco is not only a Medellín native with lifelong roots in Antioquia and a deep understanding of the region—he is also Juli’s older brother.
With years of experience working in the food distribution sector, he has built strong local relationships and practical, on-the-ground knowledge of the Medellín/Metropolitan areas that newcomers are most interested in.
Mauro co-leads the Medellín Relocation Tour with his wife, Clara, and helps Juli with the Eastern Antioquia Relocation Tour in peak season.
His insight helps clients understand which areas match their lifestyle, and how daily life actually works beyond what you see online.
Mauro is a calm, friendly, and straightforward member of the team, making clients feel at ease as they explore potential places to live. He explains what to expect, what to avoid, and how to make smart, grounded decisions about choosing a home in Colombia.
Clara Franco
Clara Franco is a bilingual DEI mentor, public speaker, and content creator from Medellín with a strong background in inclusive communication and accessible tourism.
She has spent years using her platform to educate mobility-impaired travelers about navigating different destinations across Colombia and the United States, offering practical insight informed by both expertise and lived experience.
As part of the family-led team, Clara co-leads the Medellín Relocation Tours alongside her husband, Mauro. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to every tour, helping clients understand each neighborhood’s culture, rhythm, strengths, and challenges.
Her work in DEI allows her to approach relocation with nuance and awareness, ensuring clients feel seen, well-informed, and supported regardless of their lifestyle, background, or needs.
Clara also makes YouTube videos on accessible tourism, highlighting real-world considerations that can help disabled clients make dignified, informed decisions about daily life in Colombia.
Natalie Ohio
Natalie is our Concierge Specialist and the first point of contact for many of the practical needs that make life in Colombia feel familiar and manageable.
Born in the United Kingdom and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she understands exactly what newcomers experience, because she once went through the same transition herself. That lived experience allows her to anticipate what clients need before they even ask.
Natalie supports clients with warmth, efficiency, and a genuine desire to make their first months in Colombia smooth and stress-free. She helps with everything from sourcing accommodation and contracting services, to daily logistics, trusted recommendations, and the countless small tasks that can feel overwhelming in a new country.
She also films and edits all of Juli’s YouTube videos, and prioritizes capturing authentic, real-life content for viewers to enjoy. Friendly, approachable, and reliable, Natalie is the person clients turn to when they want straightforward guidance and real support during their move.
