The 30-Day Process
Your concierge support begins as soon as you arrive. You will receive a personalized onboarding packet with instructions, contacts, and checklists. We stay in touch with frequent check ins, bilingual WhatsApp support, and step by step guidance for all administrative and logistical tasks. By the end of the 30 days, everything you need for daily life will be fully set up.
Pricing
The full concierge package is offered at a flat rate of $750 USD.
This includes complete administrative assistance, logistical coordination, bilingual communication, and personal guidance for your first 30 days in Colombia.
Subsequent months of support are available for $550 USD if you need extra time.
Terms
Our concierge service is designed to support clients throughout Colombia. In-person assistance is available in Eastern Antioquia, which includes La Ceja, Rionegro, Llanogrande, El Retiro, and select surrounding areas, and is subject to concierge availability. For clients relocating to other regions, most essential tasks can be completed remotely with the same level of care and guidance. Banking, healthcare registration, utilities, phone plans, rental coordination, and all administrative steps can be handled online with bilingual support from our team.
