Terms & Conditions — Concierge Support

1. Scope of Service
The Concierge & Personal Assistance Service includes administrative support, scheduling, coordination of appointments, sourcing of products and services, and general day-to-day facilitation. All tasks must fall within the agreed scope outlined at the start of the engagement. Any additional or out-of-scope requests may require an adjusted fee or a separate service agreement.

2. Service Duration
The service is valid for the period stated in the invoice or agreement. Time-bound packages cannot be paused or extended unless agreed in writing before the end date.

3. Fees & Payments
The full fee must be paid upfront to secure the service period. Work begins only once payment has been received.
All fees are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions & Additional Costs
The service fee covers time, coordination, communication, and administrative labour only. It does not include:

  • Taxi fares, transportation costs, or delivery fees incurred while completing tasks.

  • The cost of goods, reservations, treatments, appointments, or services arranged on behalf of the client.

  • Third-party professional fees (lawyers, notaries, translators, agencies, etc.).

  • Government fees, application charges, or payment processing fees.

Any such costs will be communicated to the client and must be covered by the client at the time of booking or purchase.

5. Task Execution & Responsibility
Every reasonable effort will be made to complete requested tasks accurately and promptly. However, the service does not guarantee outcomes dependent on third parties (banks, government entities, suppliers, service providers, etc.).

6. Communication Standard
Clients must provide clear instructions and timely responses to allow tasks to be completed efficiently. Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or inaccessible documentation are the responsibility of the client.

7. Cancellations & Changes
Once the service period begins, cancellations are not permitted. Changes to the scope or nature of the service must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees.

8. Liability
The service acts solely as an intermediary when coordinating with third parties. The provider is not liable for delays, errors, cancellations, or issues caused by external individuals, companies, or institutions.

9. Confidentiality
All client information, documentation, and conversations are handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties unless required to complete a task requested by the client.

10. Ethical Boundaries & Right to Decline
The service is provided strictly within legal and ethical limits. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any task that is illegal, exploitative, harmful, or morally inappropriate at our sole discretion.
This includes, but is not limited to, requests involving:

  • Solicitation of sex work or facilitation of sexual services.

  • Illegal substances or activities.

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or attempts to circumvent legal requirements.

  • Any request that compromises personal safety, integrity, or professional ethics.

If a request is refused, no refund or credit is provided. Alternative lawful options may be suggested where appropriate.
